Complete game guide
What does the BadFellas gameplay guide cover?
The encyclopedia contains 41 focused guides organised into seven connected clusters. Start with a player objective, open the specialist page, and recheck the live interface before committing Cash, inventory, travel, combat or crew resources.
Choose a learning path
Start with the goal you have in the game
Start a new character
Understand rank, core crimes, Cars, Jail and the systems that create a sustainable early activity loop.
Build a crew empire
Move from crew structure and Crewbank governance into Headquarters, shared properties, territory and political influence.
Plan an international operation
Separate personal flights, carried drug stock, maritime inventory and crew cargo before moving between countries.
Prepare for combat
Combine current intelligence, Detective reports, weapons, attachments, bullets and Backfire before targeting another character.
Manage an economy
Protect liquidity while comparing production, player markets, property ownership, Auctions and five-minute stock movement.
Play games with a bankroll
Compare country-casino property games with direct-Cash Poker and the separate Horse Race systems.
How to use the encyclopedia
Move from broad planning to the exact live decision
Choose the correct inventory and ownership layer. Personal Cash, Swiss Bank balances, Crewbank, central Crew Stock, Drugs Market Stock, Country Port stock and reserved operation cargo are different systems. The specialist guides explain where each resource lives and which page controls it.
Follow the current state, not an old screenshot. Multiplayer ownership, country, cooldowns, market supply, Crewbank commitments and defensive assignments can change after a page is opened. The server validates the final request.
Use connected guides together. A Drugsrun depends on Airport travel and personal market stock. A kill depends on a valid Detective report, weapon, bullets and Backfire risk. A Trade Route depends on Harbour infrastructure and current central stock reservations.
Keep protected mechanics protected. The encyclopedia explains visible rules and practical planning without publishing hidden XP thresholds, exact outcome probabilities or anti-abuse controls.

Character progression, crime and consequences
Build rank through supported activity, manage vehicles and missions, and understand Jail or Organized Crime consequences.
Ranks & ProgressionRanks measure a living character’s gameplay progression in BadFellas. They advance through eligible activity, remain separate from wealth status and unlock access to more demanding systems as the character develops.
Organized CrimeOrganized Crime is a coordinated multi-player operation with defined roles, equipment and readiness requirements. It rewards preparation and reliable team participation.
MissionsMissions are structured objectives that ask the player to complete a specific sequence or achievement across one or more gameplay systems. Progress is recorded only after the underlying action succeeds.
Topic cluster
Crews, territory and political power
Organise leadership, Crewbank decisions, Headquarters growth, Domination, Land Don influence and Commission status.
The CommissionThe Commission is the upper level of organised underworld power in BadFellas, where the strongest crews and leadership structures compete for lasting recognition.

Counterintelligence CenterThe Counterintelligence Center is a Large-HQ Crew Property that passively disrupts targeted crew spying and actively runs focused sixty-minute information operations about attachments, Legendary Weapons, Detectives or properties.
RadarRadar is a €100,000,000 advanced crew project that requires an active Intelligence Agency and ten completed Agency runs, then upgrades it into an Advanced Intelligence Agency with targeted crew and exact-user options.
Underground BunkerThe Underground Bunker is a €500,000,000 cash-only advanced crew defence that takes four hours to build and protects eligible members only while they are actively sheltered at their crew Headquarters in the HQ country.

Travel, sailing and cargo logistics
Move characters or goods through Airport flights, Drugsruns, Private Sailing and crew Trade Routes.
Airport & TravelAirport travel moves a living character between the five BadFellas countries. Aircraft change the flight cooldown or carrying capacity, while carried drugs and contraband can create seizure and Jail risk.
DrugsrunA Drugsrun is the act of moving personal drugs between countries to use differences in local market prices. The system combines travel planning, carrying limits and the risk of airport controls.

Intelligence, weapons and survival
Prepare information, Detective reports, weapons, attachments, bullet requirements and defensive Backfire before combat.
Street ContactsStreet Contacts are persistent underworld relationships that provide intelligence, favours, missions and rare opportunities after the player earns access through normal gameplay.
Kill SystemThe BadFellas Kill System is the high-risk player-versus-player combat system. A murder attempt uses a current detective report, country match, active weapon, ammunition, target rank, council role, protection, Crew Property defence, Weapon Attachments and Backfire state to produce one transactionally final result.
BackfireBackfire is the defender’s armed response to a kill attempt. When enabled with a valid weapon and enough bullets, it can kill the attacker even when the original attack fails or is blocked.
Weapon AttachmentsWeapon Attachments are rare BadFellas equipment items that modify the active primary weapon. They can reduce attack or Backfire requirements, counter specific protection, shorten the Kill cooldown or create special survival and witness effects.
